Sights of September Afternoon Paddle

Come on a paddle adventure as we enjoy the sights of September on the confluence of the Des Plaines and DuPage rivers. You’ll be guided by certified kayak instructors on this relaxing paddle, and we will hopefully catch a glimpse of some migrating birds!

Registration required by Wednesday, Sept. 2: 815-722-9470.
This program will take place on two slow-moving rivers. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle.
All equipment is provided. Previous kayaking experience is required.
The natural surface launch area is accessible by a paved trail from the parking lot. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
