Preserve history
The 264-acre DuPage River Confluence Preserve was acquired between 1991 and 2015.
The preserve is part of the DuPage River preservation system, which conserves more than 1,500 acres.

DuPage River Confluence Preserve protects a diversity of habitats, including forest, wetland and a portion of the DuPage River.
Wildlife found at the preserve includes the spotted sandpiper.
The preserve is also home to a variety of plant species, including wingstem.
