Lilo’s Turtle Trot

This ongoing program runs from Wednesday, Aug. 5, to Sunday, Sept. 27. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays to Sundays.

Lilo, Plum Creek Nature Center’s resident box turtle, is getting ready to enter the Plum Creek Turtle Race! Choose your own adventure as she decides who to make friends with, what to bring with her and how to train. First, pick up a turtle runner’s log from the front desk, then follow the signs inside and outside the nature center to learn some turtle-y awesome facts! Afterward, turn your log into the front desk at the nature center to collect a prize!

No registration required. 

Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
