This ongoing progam will be offered from Sunday, Nov. 1, through Thursday, Dec. 31. Preserve hours are 8 a.m. to sunset.

Follow the Woodland Loop Trail while reading the beautifully illustrated “Millie Fleur Saves the Night” by Christy Mandin. Meet Millie and her friend “the Dark” as she shows us the magic of the night. Millie welcomes the darkness and the creatures of the night into her garden and shares the magic with her neighbors. See how you can save the night by turning off your light. 

Event requirements

No registration required. 

This story is appropriate for all ages. and will be spaced out along an accessible 0.4-mile trail. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
