The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Virtual Programs

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and reduced capacity to conduct in-person programs, the Forest Preserve District has expanded its online programming options both via Zoom webinars and Facebook Live programs.

All upcoming programs can be found on our Event Calendar. Each program includes instructions on how to register. After registering for a Zoom program, you will receive the link to join the program.

All past Facebook Live programs also can be watched at any time on the District's Facebook page, while select Zoom programs will be recorded and able to be viewed here by the general public at any time.
