Want a little nature in your winter? Looking to explore the preserves? Get outside, trek the trails and enjoy the magic of the season! Join a naturalist every Saturday afternoon in January and February at a different forest preserve around Will County. This week, learn about the diverse habitats along the Rock Run Greenway Trail while exploring.

Please dress for the weather and use caution while walking outdoors as snow and ice may be present on paths and in the parking lot. This is an inclusive program, welcoming individuals of all abilities.
The hike will be 2 miles to 3 miles on uneven surfaces over paved and natural terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this workday should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the workday.
