Event details
Spending time in nature, otherwise known as forest bathing, has a positive effect on both mental and physical well-being. Take a break from holiday chaos and join an interpretive naturalist for a short wander through the woods followed by hot chocolate, tea and cider in the Traders Cabin.

Registration required by Wednesday, Dec. 27: 815-722-9301.
Dress for the weather, and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Outdoor activities will take place on paved paths or natural surfaces across 0.5 mile of uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
