Event details
Enjoy a relaxing evening on the waters of Monee Reservoir. Watch the sunset and listen to the natural sounds as day shifts into night. Bring your own kayak or we’ll provide everything you need, including a life jacket, paddle and your choice of a canoe or kayak. Once off the water, hang by the fire and enjoy a beverage of your choice (BYOB; beer and wine only, please).

This is a recreational, self-guided, non-instructional hike on the water. Wear clothing and shoes that can get wet. Prior paddling experience is strongly recommended.
The launch area is easily accessible by a paved sidewalk from the parking lot. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering, or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
