Monarch way stations are identified milkweed hot spots that provide valuable habitat and nectar sources for monarchs. Staff will be on hand to share information and activities on monarchs, milkweed and pollinators.
Search for monarch eggs and caterpillars in action. Take home handouts about how you can help monarchs and other pollinators. Free milkweed seed packets also will be available to take home and plant.
These programs are offered in partnership with the Will County Audubon Society.
No registration is required.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this workday should mention their request when registering, or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
