The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Event Details

Visit us anytime between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month to meet beekeepers and view a real beehive inside Plum Creek Nature Center!

Our resident beekeeper will be stationed at the live bee exhibit to tell the story of our most familiar social insect, the honeybee.

Feel free to ask questions and chat or just observe the amazing world of honeybees housed in an enclosed plexiglass beehive.
