White flashes, green streaks and golden swoops will light up the forest as fantastic fireflies flitter by. Enjoy nature’s light show and a hike through Hammel Woods as you learn about these fascinating bioluminescent insects.

This is an inclusive program, welcoming individuals of all abilities. The hike will be up to 1.5 miles on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
