Event details
Get down and dirty and help care for Thorn Creek’s Prairie Sampler with weeding, pulling tall goldenrod and trimming out woody plants. Help repair boardwalks and maintain trails.
Event requirements
Registration is required by Monday, March 27, and can be made by calling Thorn Creek Woods Nature Center at 708-747-6320.
Bring gloves and your favorite tools, and dress for the weather.
Trail work is on natural surface trails across uneven terrain. Trails can be wet, muddy and slippery. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should call 708-747-6320.
