As evening twilight descends upon the woodland, discover the diversity of bat species in Goodenow Grove Nature Preserve. One would never know that they were there! Bat sounds, undetected by human hearing, will be revealed with the help of bat-vocalization-detecting equipment. A short introduction will precede a quiet hike through Goodenow Grove.

The hike will be approximately 2 miles on preserve trails over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
