Event details

Fall is a great time to be in the woods. The air is crisp and cool, and the leaves are changing as the trees get ready for winter. Birds are moving through to their wintering grounds to the south, and the trails around Plum Creek are a great place for birds to stop and for many to spend the winter. Join in this guided hike to find out what birds use the preserve at this time of year.

This program is for all levels of birders. If you are just starting, this is a great way to get familiar with birds you are likely to find in the fall. Bring binoculars and your favorite bird guide.
