The Forest Preserve District is committed to helping pollinators. Join a naturalist to get up close and personal with a monarch and learn about recovery efforts for pollinators and how key they are to your everyday life.
If the timing is right, you can help release newly emerged monarchs. What a thrilling experience to take part in a monarch’s first flight.

Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering, or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
