Messenger Woods is famous for its display of bluebells, trilliums and other springtime wildflowers. The forest floor is painted with pinks, reds, blues, and white!
Meet at the Hawthorn Grove Shelter to briefly learn what makes this preserve so special. Then, enjoy a hike with a naturalist and take photos along the way.
This program is recommended for any camera, smartphones to digital SLRs. The program will focus on technique and composition, not camera operation.

Activities may take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. The hike will be approximately 1 mile. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
