The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Event Details

Get inspired by one person’s quest to make her own small changes result in big impacts! Tammy Bristol is an Illinois Master Naturalist, beekeeper, butterfly caretaker, organic gardener and overall nature lover with a degree in biology from Northern Illinois University. She will be sharing fascinating information about pollinators, what they do, what we can do to support them, and why it’s more important now than ever that we help.

Learn how Bristol got started working with bees and raising monarchs and what she is doing in her own yard and community to make Earth- and pollinator-friendly changes and inspire others. Her enthusiasm and passion will get you excited to take action this year and make some changes of your own!
