Event details
Cure cabin fever by exploring the outdoors with a naturalist to seek tracks, scat, nests and more. Discover how winter can be a great time in nature and how animals can leave us signs. Once we harness some inspiration, we’ll re-create our experience and get building with LEGO. The strong STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) aspect will be our little secret. LEGO creations will be on display for the rest of the month!

Registration required by Saturday, March 18: 815-722-4121.
The hike will be less than 1 mile on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. LEGO building will take place inside the accessible nature center. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this workday should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the volunteer session.
