Join us for a family-friendly program to celebrate the spring wildflowers, called ephemerals, that thrive in shady Thorn Creek Woods. It will be lots of fun for everyone, including a wildflower photo display, exhibits, games, crafts, refreshments and an Earth Day raffle. Join us for a hike at 2 p.m. to discover which species are in bloom and learn their names and examine their physical appearances.
This program is sponsored by the Jim Marzuki Fund for Public Programming.

Registration is required by Monday, April 17, and can be made by calling Thorn Creek Woods Nature Center at 708-747-6320.
The guided hike will be on natural surface trails across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should call 708-747-6320.
