Summer days are warm, and it is best to get out in the morning before it gets too hot. Join us on this early-morning hike on the trails of Hickory Creek Preserve to find birds in the preserve. We will find many species as we walk through prairie, woodland and riverside habitats.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged as this is a great way to gain birding knowledge.

Registration is required by Saturday, Aug. 6: 708-946-2216.
Be sure to dress for the weather.
Participants will enjoy a hike of 1.5 miles to 2 miles on paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
