Event details
Enjoy an on-your-own hike and explore and be inspired by our forest, prairie and river views, then head indoors to cool off and construct your own diorama based on your outdoor inspirations. A variety of samples will be on display, and there will be plenty of supplies and tools to design and create your own miniature habitat. Bring your own shoebox if you’d like. A shoebox alternative will be available if you do not have one.
Event requirements
No registration required.
The trails around Four Rivers Environmental Education Center include paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
