The 'Off'-Season: Fitness for Paddlers

Join certified kayak instructors and a certified yoga instructor as we take a look at stretching as well as muscle-engaging exercises that are specifically geared toward the paddler. Learn tips and tricks to practice in the “off”-season, making your transition back into paddling a more comfortable experience in the spring.
Participants should bring a yoga or exercise mat and dress in comfortable clothes.
