Learn birds and birding from home on this virtual hike through one of Will County’s forest preserves. Each month a different preserve is highlighted. You may be surprised at the many different types of birds. Armed with this new information, go out on your own to find birds in these preserves.
As a bonus, find out how you can contribute to citizen science just by hiking and recording what you find. Finding and recording birds can add significance to any day outdoors and help you become more aware of wildlife.

Registration is required by Thursday, Sept. 1.
