Event details
Stroll through Hammel Woods at dusk to explore the habitat of our local bat species and discover some fascinating facts about these flying mammals along the way. We will watch the bats emerge from their sleeping quarters to go out on their nightly hunt and play some fun bat games.

Meet at the stone pavilion, and please dress for the weather.
This family-friendly hike will be approximately 1.5 miles to 2 miles on paved and uneven natural trails. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering, or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
