Four Rivers

Please be sure to fill out all required fields when requesting a field trip to Four Rivers Environmental Education Center. 

If you have any questions or require assistance with the reservation process, please contact Four Rivers Environmental Education Center at 815-722-9470.

Include a name and email address for each additional teacher attending the programs.
Select one 4-hour program or two 1.5-hour programs.
Please include any information needed to best accommodate your group: accessibility needs, allergies, schedule details, etc.
