Students will learn about the local endangered species, the Blanding’s turtle, by meeting one of Isle a la Cache Museum’s animal ambassadors. They’ll discover what special adaptations help these semi-aquatic turtles survive and how a species can become endangered. Students will also learn what they can do to help local endangered species.
Registration is required by 8 a.m. Wednesday, February 17: 815.886.1467.
Once registered, a link for the Zoom webinar will be emailed to the registrant. For questions about this program, contact Isle a la Cache Museum at 815.886.1467.
