First, meet at the doors of Four Rivers Environmental Education Center for a brief introduction. Then, head out to explore McKinley Woods as we quietly listen for this magical and elusive bird! While we listen for the owl serenade, we’ll also have the chance to hear other creatures of the night.
Registration required by Wednesday, December 2: 815.722.9470.
Please dress for the weather.
This outdoor activity will take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Be prepared to walk 1.5 miles. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering, or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
