Registration Procedures
Registration for the 2010-2011 school program season is now available. You can check the availability of the date you would like for your field trip or in-school program, then request your program using an on-line registration form.
Once a reservation is made, a program permit packet will be sent via e-mail or mail. Once received, please respond to accept and confirm program dates.
A deposit is required for fee-based programs. Payment information will be detailed in the program permit packet.
The Forest Preserve District does its best to accommodate all requests. However, due to program popularity, submission of a registration form does not guarantee a reservation. Registration forms are processed in a fist-come, first-served order.
Teachers may need to be contacted for additional details or regarding date availability. When contact is needed, requested program dates are held for two business days to allow contacted teachers to respond. If contact is not made with in the two business days, requested dates are made available to other parties.
If you have questions or require assistance with the registration process, please contact the Centralized Booking Office at 815.216.0535.
