In 2004, a 16-acre parcel at the headwaters of Wolf Creek was donated to the District. In partnership with a local developer, a portion of the parcel is being restored as a wetland. The remainders of the parcel donated by the Wiesbrook family will be used to provide public access (Wiesbrook Access) to the future Normantown Road Trail along the vacated Normantown Road north to Vermont Cemetery Prairie Nature Preserve and onwards to the Virgil Gilman Trail. Wiesbrook Access is located on Christa Drive in Naperville.
