DuPage River Confluence Preserve

The 264-acre DuPage River Confluence Preserve was acquired between 1991 and 2004.

The preserve is part of the DuPage River preservation system, which conserves more than 1,500 acres of land.

Natural Resources

DuPage River Confluence Preserve protects a diversity of habitats, including forest, wetland, and a portion of the DuPage River.

Wildlife found at the preserve includes the spotted sandpiper.

The preserve is also home to a variety of plant species, including wingstem.

Location
DuPage River Confluence Preserve is located east of Naperville-Plainfield Road and north of Boughton Road in Naperville/Bolingbrook.
