Project Description:
The District acquired this addition to the Rock Run Rookery from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago on October 11, 2011. This property contains 6.042 acres and was acquired to expand Rock Run Rookery. The District currently owns property to the north and west of this property.
