Plum Valley Preserve - Burville Road Access Development
The project is located at Plum Valley Preserve, on Burville Road east of Route 394 in Crete Township.
The Plum Valley Preserve - Burville Road Access Development project is planned to be a three-phase development of Plum Valley Preserve in Crete Township.
Phase 1 construction will consist of the development of: an access area off of Burville Road; a vehicular parking lot; an off‐leash dog park with three separate areas, each containing benches and a shelter; a picnic shelter to accommodate 50 people; an information board; and a natural surface trail around the dog park. This work is expected to begin in spring 2016 and continue through 2017.
Phases 2 and 3 are proposed to include extensions of the Plum Creek Greenway Trail and the development of an equestrian parking lot. A timeline for this work has not been determined.
