Description:
Every day is Earth Day in the forest preserves, and we are inviting all visitors to Monee Reservoir to help keep the preserve free of trash. Fishing line, as well as other types of debris, pose serious threats to wildlife and obscure the inherent beauty of the preserve. Help us fulfill our mission to preserve and protect the natural resources of Will County and join in on the celebration. To participate, stop by the concessions window to pick up a trash bag and then fill it with any trash you collect. Trash may be redeemed for a soda and chips, or candy or ice cream.

Event Requirements:
No registration required. Trails are on natural uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request on-line no later than 48 hours before the program.
