Americans with Disabilities Act Information

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Forest Preserve District of Will County will not discriminate against qualified individuals on the basis of disability in our services, programs, or activities. In providing programs and services to the public, the Forest Preserve District will make reasonable modifications to ensure that all people have an equal opportunity to enjoy our offerings. While the Forest Preserve District will make every effort to meet requests in a timely fashion, some requests may take longer to fulfill than others. Persons believing that they have been discriminated against by the Forest Preserve District of Will County may file a complaint alleging discrimination with us in accordance with the grievance procedure below, or by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of the Interior.
